Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your product, let us help you with a return or replacement. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Normally, items purchased through our online store or at an event may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Kingdom Wear reserves the right to warn, limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. All Non-Receipt returns are subject to a refund verification process. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws. Our Store Manager has the authority to make a final decision for all returns.

We are sorry for any inconvenience, but if you email us we will try to figure out a solution that benefits you. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy wearing your Kingdom Wear Apparel.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the receipt date. All new items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All other items must be in the same condition as received.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, please email us at info@staging-kw.mystagingwebsite.com for all return. We will get a shipping label processed and emailed to you as soon as it is possible. We appreciate your patience.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
